Flat-rate pricing for hardware service: We do not charge high hourly rates for printers and PC's. We offer an affordable flat rate plan so you can watch your bottom line.

• Printers:
Laser jet, impact, color laser jet. Brands: HP, Lexmark, Toshiba.
$95 per printer + cost of parts. Our target is to have the printer functional within two visits.

• Computer hardware:
  (Notebook, desktop) $99 per PC + cost of parts.

• Computer software:
  (Microsoft, Linux) $50 per application install/fix.

• Networking:
$75 per hour. This includes new Local Area Network install, WiFi, upgrade, de-install, troubleshooting, Wide Area Network connectivity issues and all network hardware and software issues. We do not run cable at this time.

• Server repair:
(Hardware, disk, RAID, tape, install, migration, decommision)
$100 per hour. This includes 24/7/365 on-call services for both hardware and software. Parts are billed separately.
